Our Mission

Our mission is to reduce the 73% unemployment rate that is on the rise among autistic individuals by finding and working with employers and training providers that are committed to accessibility and change.

Our mission is to work closely with charities, employers, training providers and the government to make this happen through education, building holistic and organic relationships. Instead of creating another job search engine our mission is to organically find and advertise accessible job roles for autistic people, in by doing so we hope to promote positive awareness of autism, fostering a diverse workforce that benefits autistic people, employers and our communities as a whole.

Change

Its time for change in our attitudes towards autism, a greater understanding and acceptance can significantly impact the lives of individuals on the spectrum. Embracing diversity in neurodevelopment is essential, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. By educating ourselves and others about autism, we can dismantle stereotypes and promote a more compassionate society, empowering those with autism to thrive in their communities.
